If you submit a project inquiry, we collect the name, email address, and project details you provide. If you subscribe to studio SMS updates, we collect your mobile phone number and, if provided, your name. We also record your SMS consent selection, the version of the consent notice, the opt-in source, and available submission timestamps. Our hosting and forms provider may also process standard technical information needed to operate, protect, and administer the website and forms.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to project and service requests. We use SMS signup information only to administer our Jordan Cox Productions LLC Studio Updates program and, when texting is enabled, to send the recurring marketing messages you requested: announcements of new films, series, studio news, and creative project availability. Frequency is up to 2 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We also use information to keep appropriate consent and unsubscribe records and maintain site security.

4. Mobile information and SMS consent

We may use service providers solely to operate website forms, deliver messages on our behalf, and maintain the program, subject to their service-related duties. This does not grant them permission to use your mobile information for their own marketing.

5. SMS choices

Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS updates. You must affirmatively check the separate, unchecked SMS consent box and submit the form. Consent is not required to purchase services. After receiving an SMS, you can reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance. You can also use our contact form to request removal. We honor unsubscribe requests and maintain necessary suppression records.

6. Retention and security

We retain inquiry and SMS data as reasonably needed to respond, provide the service, document consent and opt-outs, comply with applicable obligations, and protect the website. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed fully secure.

7. Third-party service providers

Our website is hosted on Netlify, which processes form submissions. If and when SMS delivery is activated, Twilio or a similar messaging provider may process phone numbers and message records to deliver our texts. These providers act to support our services, not to market independently to subscribers.

8. Your requests and policy updates

You can ask us to review, correct, or remove your information, subject to any legally necessary records, through our contact form. We may update this policy as our services change. A new effective date will appear here when that happens.
